If it takes awhile to find something that small, you can make one out of a sock! Make a hole for his head and a hole for each front paw, then cut the length right so it doesn't 'get in the way' of him going potty. It might not look great, but it will keep him warm! You can make several so if that one gets wet while outside, you can change him into another if you want him to sleep in one to stay warm inside.
