 Teaching the "sit" command
I'm having trouble teaching our 11 1/2 week old Yorkie to sit. I have read books that explain the procedure...a treat or toy moved up and over the muzzle, causing the dog to naturally sit. The problem is that my baby does NOT sit; he backs up.
Am I doing this wrong? Is there some other way that works better? |
