Here's what she said for her contract:
- She would sell him to me as a pet/show potential
- If he turns out, great, but if not, then I could neuter him and keep him or sell him as a pet
- She gives a 2 year health guarentee. She does cover leg perthes and liver shunt...if either of them showed up, she would replace the pup, or offer a refund
- She does not want him bred before he has finished
- If he does finish, all offspring that I didn't keep would be sold on spay/neuter contracts.
How does that sound?? Good/bad?? Should there be something else that I should ask for in the contract??
