I am not a breeder, but 4.5 oz. is very very small for a 4-week-old pup. When my Jake was born, he was the only one in the litter and weighed 3.5 oz. at birth. Jackson was 5 oz. at birth. What did the puppy weigh when she was born, and has she been consistently gaining?
