A few years ago, when my hubby's schnauzer got spayed, she wouldn't move either. She acted like she was going to die!!! My hubby sat up with her all night (I teased him, but he was being a good daddy). She was a little better the next day, and then a lot better on the third day.
I'd keep a close eye on her though, as I'm sure you are!
