Unhappy Everyone I need your opinions

I wanted this little yorkie girl before I found Tilula, of coarse T is my permenant side kick now, but the lady who has this other yorkie every now & then says she would like to sell this little girl. I just love her & have wanted her for a year & a half. This little girl is only 3lbs but is 3yrs old so the price is a little high at $1000, I dont think she is papered. One of those "she is but I dont have the, but can get them things" Anyways I have felt like this yorkie should be mine but she always changes her mind, I dont know if its because of love for the dog or she is trying to get more money. Dilema- She wants to sell him now & has her listed for $2000, I think she will let me have her for $1000 but I just bought this little boy yorkie I think 3 will be to much for my family right now. Normally I would just say well I have already committed otherwise but I have wanted this girl so long plusss this is the tough part she is saying the vet gave the ok that at 3lbs the dog is fine to breed. What type of breeder will get her w/o papers at 3lbs to breed??? Maybe none, maybe a really horrible one & I just hate thinking about it. It is harder with females because they may be forced to have babies for years & left to die. I havent became to attached to the little boy we just got & would it be horrible of me to find him a great home so that I could afford price & time wise to save this little girl? I am really upset about it. I did tell her to think about how spoiled this little girl is & how she will be in a strange place thinking "Mommy what did I do to you to deserve this?" Of coarse at many of our homes she would continue to be spoiled, but who will be willing to give $2000 or $1000 for a 3yr old tiny & why? Most people wanting a pet wont be looking for that age. I need a outside view, Advise Please.......
