Last year, my oldest daughter was very ill and in the hospital for a very long time -- the only thing I could think of was getting a puppy for her to make her happy. I knew it was going to be a lot of work but we did a lot of research about Yorkies while she was inpatient.
Now I can't believe how our lives have changed with our beautiful Yorkie, Kiki. The happiness it brings to my daughter and the rest of our family is priceless. She is like another child in the family. All I am trying to say here is that I would pick up 1000 poops a day just to see the happiness on my daughter's face. I would never complain about my Yorkie's accidents because we have so many things to be thankful for. I am so thankful for each day that passes because of Kiki coming into our lives and our daughter being home with us to enjoy her.

Thank you for posting that! That's how I feel about my yorkies. They are my children, and I can't get mad at them. They take up the majority of my day since I just got Jackson and he has to be watched closely. But, I enjoy everything that comes along with them. Sure, I have to pick poop from Jake's butt every now and then, but it's certainly not his fault so I don't get mad at him. It takes a whole minute of my day to clean it off, big deal. I enjoy bathing them and brushing them, even though they're not crazy about the whole grooming thing. I brush their teeth and play with them, and I get more joy out of them than anything else. I'm home with them all day, and I hate to leave them to go to work in the eve. But, then I go home and they both greet me at the door, and they just really make me happy! Like you, our lives have changed because of our little guys. I can't find one unkind word to say about either of them!!
