Last month, Otis got really bad diarrhea and the vet said it was okay to give him 2 cc's of Imodium.

My question is, how many times does he have to have diarrhea before you think it's okay to give him Imodium? All day? Two days? One case of diarrhea?

Stupid me, I gave him Cesar's today, and sure enough, he had diarrhea.
When is it okay to give him the medicine?
