we have a new vet!!! but i have a question So after putting it off WAY too long i called a new vet today. her name is Dr. Sears. OUr current vet is very old school. Back when i told him i was thinking of homecooking he thought itwas a horrible idea. He sells crap food that some company pays him to sell and he wants her vaccinated every year. Our new vet does not recommend home cooking as i dont' think she knows much about it but the receptionist said that she does have some patients that homecook and if that is what you choose then she just asks that you get blood panals every year (that was what i was calling to make an appointment for!) She also vaccinates every 3 years which i ALSO wanted! i'm SO SO SO happy. However, regarding my other vet....do i just stop calling there??? or do i call them and tell them i have switched... do i lie and say i have moved???? i worried they wil call for an appointment and i won't know what to say..... but i am just SO releived to get this blood panal done and know that i am doing a good job. I will also talk to her about raw, which i hope to be switching to soon!
