Moving dinner time helps a lot, so does picking up water 2 hours before the last trip outside. (A little sip is OK, but mine decide to drink what's left in the bowl at 10:45
)
Also, if she WAS fine and now she isn't, check with your vet. Loki could NEVER sleep through the night and he had some medical issues he is on medicine for now and he has slept through the night ever since.
