I,m not owned by a yorkie yet.
I,ve been researching the breed for a couple of years now,I can't tell you how many books,I've bought on yorkies,puppie training,crate training,etc.....lol.
I found this wonderful site awhile back,but was mostly a lurker. You all,are so knowledgeable and caring. I hope some of your expertise rubs off on me!
I have been purchasing items ahead of time,so that whenever,I do get my baby,he or she will have everything they could need,for starters.
It's been so hard trying to locate reputable breeders here in Florida. I know they are out there,but where?
I,ve found a few websites but some of them seem questionable,to say the least. I prefer to get my baby here,where I can meet the owner and vice versa. I don't care to have a baby shipped for various reasons.
If anyone from Florida,knows of any great breeders or anyone who will soon have puppies to sell, or an older dog,that they looking to rehome. I would appreciate it,if you could keep me in mind.
I don't mind driving if it isn't too far. I live in Central Florida.
