I usually suggest to get the 7x9 for two dogs because there is more space. But I could make a change in the design of the 5x7 and replace the paw for another yorkie maybe running towards the other side.
I would change $2 extra for that, so it will be $14.99 for the 5x7 with 2 yorkies.
