We most certainly let her know that inside potty is a bad thing. The firm voice is not an issue when she has an accident but every recommendation is that reward and praise (positive reinforcement) it the way to go when she does things right.

I work at home and give her lots of attention. So do the kids. They fiight over her most of the time. I don't think that is the issue. It's just that she doesn't get it.
Well Then .... If you have exhausted everything and you still regret getting her. Then Please find her a home where she wont be regreted.
