Since he is 4 months and you want those ears up, I would take Rini's advice and get all of the hair off boths sides and have the inner ear hair plucked ASAP. You may also want to give some cottage cheese for some extra calcium since he is teething. If that doesnt work, you may want to get your vet or groomer to tape them. Good luck!
