I understand why it upset you... i found a great groomer in my area... but i was upset too, bc i felt that he was like kicking me out.... but i trust him, and he does exactly what i want to Belle and doesn't charge me an arm and a leg when she gets matted (she has a soft coat not a silky coat) but like others have said, doggies act up when mommy's there...just like a skin kiddie...
