While there has been some frustration both sides while helping you through this, that is the nature of an online forum. Everyone wants to help, but doing it sight-unseen over the internet is difficult. Add in the difference in the way people personally communicate without the beneift of facial expressions, tones of voice, and body language, it takes patience on both sides.......
