If you just want to register a new domain name you should go to
www.godaddy.com - they are the cheapest. As far as a website, you need to find a shopping cart application and then someone to design your site. You could always just do a Yahoo! or ebay store too. My husband is a programmer so he helped me as best he could. You might want to find a relative or local college student or designer who will make you a template for a couple hundred dollars.

Another idea is selling your bows "wholesale" and letting other people carry them! (Hint hint) But you want to carry other stuff too, so then you would need the creative outlet of a website. Although I think others on here do both!
