All three in my opinon are well adjusted in their own way.
Maybe with Bella getting older and playing more rough, Penny is keeping her space? Or Bella could be challenging Penny for the alpha dog spot?

Well, I am glad that Penny plays with Bella now because before that, she had nothing to do with her. Penny doesn't play with Simba at all anymore and it makes me sad. Do you think the fourth one will make it harder on them? All my dogs are spoiled for attention. . .
