I wouldn't let them do that, especially since you stated in your other thread that the pom "terrorizes" the yorkie until he falls asleep. Stop the humping as soon as it starts. If you have to separate them for a few min. as a time out, then do so. Don't allow the pom to terrorize the yorkie pup like that.
