Yes, that's exactly what Guppy has and I'm probably using the same shampoo he's talking about. I will say, keep a close eye on it as it can get out of control quickly. I, at first, thought he had gotten fleas from boarding a couple weeks ago. When I saw the little scabs I thought they were fleas so I gave him a flea bath and had the vet switch to a more aggressive flea control (I've always just used Sentinal on both my dogs and have never seen a flea on either). A few days later I noticed a large white spot on Guppy's back about the size of a dime. His hair's so long I didn't really see it at first...just caught a glimpse when he was running of something white. It was crusty around the edge. By the next morning, when I took him to the vet it was already the size of a quarter! Anyway, the combo of medications he's on seems to be working. If anyone else has any thoughts, please let me know! |
