I am very happy to say that Dakota is now doing fine.
Unaware to us our son had two macademia cookies left on the downstairs coffee table and did not know that Dakota was able to go downstairs. This is the latest accomplishment. Our son was devasted to know the next day that she had been sick all night and remembered the cookies that he left out. Needless to say that our downstairs is now puppy proof as it is upstairs. Anyway thank you all for your conern. It was helpful to me knowing that there are others out there with good advice.
