Other people on the board have said that having an ear drop is associated with teething. I think there was even a poll about this subject. When I first got Hercules, he had one ear up and one ear down. I actually thought it looked pretty cute though. Then both went up, then both down. Now both are up.

If her ear(s) stay down and you want them up, you can always tape them in a way to train them to stay up. Another suggestion that has worked for some people is to shave the hair off the top of her ear. They hair can be too heavy sometimes and cause the ear to drop.
