I talked to the vet, and he gave me a bottle of Relief shampoo to try twice a week. He said based on what I said, Logan's scratching and paw chewing is "excessive" and not merely grooming. He also said it could be allergies. After having to put our Maltese down just three months ago due to severe allergies, I didn't think I'd ever want another dog again because I didn't want to risk going through the allergy nightmare again. But I finally gave in, and now we haven't even had our puppy for a week, and we are going through allergies again....only YEARS before we started with our last dog. It kinda feels like someone is playing a cruel joke on us.

pls be strong he may have allergies cuz he still a pup. i am sure he once his body gets more mature, he will fight it off. do u take ur pup to grooming? has Logan got all his pup shots? thank goodness he has no fleas/ticks.
