As for the jumping I have the same problem with Simon. I am still trying to teach him to stop and it is so frustrating. I'm afraid he is going to get hurt all the time! I talked to a trainer who told me to teach him a command to stay on the ground. Ummmmmm sure, much easier said than done! I spend a lot of time picking him up, putting him on the stair off the bed, and to the ground over and over and over then when he does it by himself I give him a treat! He is pretty good about it now but still occasionally jumps off the bed (grrrr....). If you learn of any good ways to stop it please let me know
