I always wanted a calm lapdog. I didn't know there's a difference in personality depending on the gender ( of course there are exceptions). Bella is my first furbaby. LOL she's anything but a lapdog. The only time I can touch her is right after she wakes from a nap. That's the only time she is calm. She's very independent, free spirited, and energetic. Teddy on the other hand, is very clingy and affectionate. Very much a lapdog. When we take walks, I don't have to leash him cause he'll walk a few step and look back, walk a few steps and look back. Always by my side. He follows me wherever I go. |
