He looks just like Cozy. They could be twins except her hair are floppy. All other puppies in her litters ears were perky but hers. The breeder said her ears were broken making them a fault. My vet said Cozy just may may not want to put her ears up or there is soft tissue damage preventing they from being able to go up. Either way I love her the way she is. She looks like a puppy forever.
