Cats can have cranberry jucie but getting them to drink it is another story,lol! You can mix an ounce or 2 with food also. You have to be careful it doesnt go into the kidneys and cause an infection there. Making the cat drink more fluids (water or cranbery) will help flush out any potential bacteria also. Keep the litter box clean so they aren't tempted to not go potty and hold their pee.
Watch to make sure the urethra isn't becomming blocked with crystals, this is a sign its becomming more seriously infected. The best way is with anti-biotics, but she says some UTI's can go away on their own with these simple remedies. See a vet when you can if it gets worse or you find the funds for the vet.
