Here's a little background. We buoght our daughter a "Yorkie" for her birthday. When we went to pick Sassy up- I was shocked that she did not look like a typical yorkie. When I questioned the breeder- she showed me pictures of the daddy that looked almost exactly like Sassy. She had both mom and dad on site and they are very obviously Yorkies. She explained to me that the dad was very very slow in getting his hair, but she assured me that Sassy is indeed a Yorkie. My daughter had by this time fell in love with her- she is a sweet little thing.

Now honestly- at this point- we are keeping her and we love her. But I am frustrated to think that she may never have the "yorkie look" that we wanted so badly. Please tell me what you think. I have seen posts on here about "red-legged" yorkies- could this maybe be what she is?

If someone can tell me how to post pictures here- I have several to post.
