I might put a little triple antibiotic oinment on it but I'm not sure you want to get the powder in her eyes. She should go to the vet first thing tomorrow (unless you think it's bad enough to go tonight) because he'll most likely want to put her on some antibiotic to make sure she doesn't get an infection.
