Sounds like she was let out during her receptive period. It's definitely possible for a boxer to get her pregnant but the swelling in the breasts don't neccessarily mean she is pregnant. Most little dogs have swollen breasts during and after their heat cycle so it's pretty common. I'd go ahead and book an appointment to have her spayed. If by chance she is pregnant, spaying her will take care of that... There's no way she can give birth to puppies sired by a boxer...
