You know the Golden Rule? -- Treat others as you would like to be treated. Well, in managing my very diverse department, I often have little spats between people that are hurtful. I read a book that offered the Platinum Rule. ..... Treat others as they would like to be treated. I like that rule. Just because "I" would like to be treated a certain way doesn't mean others feel the same way. |
