VERY confusing. Malibu NEVER gets smog unless you meant you lived somewhere else first. Second ~ Malibu has HUGE fires right now, I'm surprised you still have power. If I was you, I would not be taking my dogs out for a walk in all that smoke, it's hard on their little lungs.
