Is it unrealistic to think that just brushing and petzlife will keep her teeth perfect or does every dog, no matter how dilligent the mom is, at some point have to get their teeth cleaned by the vet?
i REALLY don't want to have to do that but am i just putting off the inevitable?
I'm beginning to wonder about that, too. Max has already had 2 professional cleanings and he seems to be due for another one (he just turned 4 years old). Abbie will be 3 years old in a few days and she has NEVER had or needed a professional cleaning. I use petzlife spray and gel on both--they each have a 'dora the explorer' toothbrush but Max's teeth always seem to have an excess of tartar buildup on them I don't know what else to do
