You said he goes to attack-mode when you are playing with him. Is it something specific you do while playing that switches his attack mode on, or just totally random? Also, do you happen to play tug-of-war with him? I've read in many places that playing tug-of-war with his toys gets him aggresive and makes him think it's ok to bark at you and all..
