A wooly coat will often fade to a cleric grey as the dog matures. The black will never look as black as it does on a silk coated dog because it lacks the luster. I took a look at her sire, he's a beauty and appears to be quite dark. I love the coat and am hoping that Danali gives me an easy time of it. Connor's coat has been difficult to maintain as it breaks so very easily. His coat is an excellent color and falls so nicely but it is thinner than I would like and far too fragile. I'm sure your gal will grow up to be stunning like her sire.
