Hi and welcome to YT! If you plan to grow the coat out long, when I take mine in I ask for just the ears to be tipped, and the feet trimmed and "sanitary trimmed" Sanitary trimmed is where they trim under the tail and on males a bit on the tummy. Ear tipping is where they shave just the top third of the ears to help keep the weight off so they stand up.
