Yeah they are really strict. People still don't follow the rules. It's sad that they did that and gave their children too much. Our doctor told us to do a small dose at night when he is screaming in pain. We still give him below the recommended dosage just to be safe. There has to be something to help with the pain. I don't think anyone likes to drug their kids, but I know I sure wouldn't want to go to the dentist, get a tooth pulled, and not recieve any pain medicine. I can only imagine how painful it must be for the little ones. I'm a weinie when it comes to Chase. If I think he is in an ounce of pain, I'm off to find any help out there. He is doing really well with his gums though, I can't really complain. He has 4 teeth in and another on the way. I hope the tablets help him.
