Let's not forget that the woman may have bought her "Pure" bred Yorkies from a backyard breeder, petstore or puppymill and paid for and thought she bought pure Yorkies but because of where they originated from they could have had down the gene line something else mixed in and "Their" offspring is the product of that. This goes for size too. Just because you have two small parents does not always mean that the babies will be the same size or smaller. AND, yes pups are sometimes registered as pure but that does not always mean they are. Sometimes backyard breeders, puppymills etc. register the litter with the wrong parents. Paperwork is not always correct or kept tracked of properly. Just a thought.
