Awwww see, they will be fine in time.
You know my boy used to mark all over the house so I started using belly bands and he would pee in them within minutes everytime I put on on him but eventually he stopped and now he doesn'r even have to wear them.
I also used socks, the elastic band around the top of a mans sock worked great if you put a women's sanitary pad inside it will stop the leaking. If you use the top elastic part of the sock it will be snug but still plenty comfortable.
I did wonder if you are free feeding or feeding on a schedule? If you feed on a schedule only and limit his water by giving ice cubes so he can not get large amounts at a time (he doesn't need water at night in his bed) then it will definately help in potty training as you will have a better idea when he will need to go and he should have a little less pee pee to give.
Keep at it and give plenty of love to both and you will be fine.
