Could you clarify what you meant about a rounded back and tail being a behavioral problem?
Peeing every hour is normal for a pup but at about 5 or 6 months I would begin to think a vet visit is necessary.
My Yorkie is 6 pounds and her vet said yesterday that she should drink not much more than 1/2 cup a day. She isn't a puppy though.
