It does not sound like collapse trachea (but I may be wrong). My sister's dog has a collapse trachea and the sound she is making is completly different from the sound my sister's dog makes, she's had collapse trachea for about 6 years not. She stopped the reverse sneezing and now she keeps licking herself. It could also be allergies. Will be leaving to the vet in a 1/2 hour. Will post later.
