Now I dont know what else to do. I put on the belly band as one lady said, yorkie is still peeing in the belly band. Pom has not done this yet. Both of them refused to eat this morning

.
My question is this, I read that when a dog gets older they do not need to pee as often as they did when they were infants. So for five months, he should be holding for 5 hours. Now if he is peeing this frequent at five months that this could be a sign of Diabetes? Any ideas here? Should I take him to the vet and run a series of tests on him, he is not sick so I was wondering if this is necessary as his passport shows he is fully cared for with worming etc vaccines etc.
At the moment it is bitter cold here 3C and that is biting, could the coldness be the reason he is peeing so much? I have crated him and will keep him in the crate for one hour then let him out to wee and play or be terrorized more likely by my Pom

. I am fed up breaking up the attacks, Pom is not being nice at all

. So I put yorkie in this wash room and he has paper and wee pad, he proceeds to pee on the floor and on the bed in his belly band

. So my only choice is to crate him now right? How often should he be crated and what is and isnt humane? Can I crate him every second hour for one hour? Will this be ok. He doesnt seem paranoid to be in there at all
