The Eicosaderm instructions say half a squirt per 10lbs. Lacy is 7lbs and I guess I give her somewhere between a half squirt and a whole squirt...I'm not really that careful about it I guess. For a 2lb dog I'd just try to make sure I only half-squirted it. Or give a whole squirt like every other day.
