I loved Wizard of Oz, too. I don't think gender matters for the name Toto. If you really like it, then do it! I like Daisy, too, but I wouldn't suggest it because of Jessica Simpson. On the other hand, your dog is 100 times cuter than Jessica's Daisy. That dog needs to be groomed & potty trained! Tinkerbell reminds me of Paris Hilton's dog, but Jodi and Shana both have Tinkerbell's who are very cute so... I'm no help!
My neighbors across the street just got a Chi and named it Tinkerbell.
