My cousin called me a couple of minutes ago and told me that he found a Pomeranian near a bus stop. She kept following him, so he took her home. He told me that her private area was secreting black liquid... Does anyone know what this could be? Could she possibly be in heat? My older dog was spayed at 6 months, and has never experienced a heat cycle, so I don't know if this could be it or not. I told him to call the vet, but the vets around my area are closed on Sundays
