I think eventually they need a professional teeth cleaning. If they don't chew on bones enough, then the tarter will build up with time. Maybe get one of those teeth scrapers and try keeping it off with that as well. Don't stop brushing. There is another product on the market that's suppose to be even better than Petzlife. I'll go check my magazines and see if I can find it.
