  Maxwell (10 months) is also barking non-stop at certain dogs - he'll go ballistic, but his class trainer said the same as quoted above.  Trouble is, it has to be a really unique treat for Maxwell to care -- he's not really treat motivated.  He's disrupted class several times when he gets a wild hair and it gets embarrassing.  We've gone back to puppy class to get him used to smaller dogs again.  By the time we got up a couple classes, we were with Mastiffs and Labs.  But then he barks at the new puppies and freaks them out.  I'm afraid he's going to get expelled.  sigh...
