Default Reverse Sneezing

Dezi use to have the reverse sneezing when she was a puppy and once in a while as an adult. She will be two in December. I took her to the park yesterday and she was playing and running around like a crazy happy dog. As we are leaving the park, I thought she grabbed something and swallowed it (my husband says she did not). Anyway, she started doing the reverse sneezing thing in the car. I checked her throat to make sure she did not have anything stuck in her throat. After that attack, she keeps doing it evertime she gets excited and when she is laying down she sounds like she is clearing her throat. She is eating and playing (when she does not get the attack) normally. The reverse sneezing noise is very scary and I am panicking. My vet is closed today. Should I wait until tomorrow to take her to the vet? Should I take her to the emergecy vet? How many days do they last with reverse sneezing attacks? Can grass and plants cause reverse sneezing (she loves to smell everything in the partk)? I do have some Torbutrol (medication) that the vet gave her last time she was having frequent reverse sneezing attacks, but is dated February 2007. Not sure what the shelf life is for Torbutrol. Do you think I made it worst when I stuck my finger in her throat to see if she has something stuck? Sorry for all the questions, but she is having these attacks more than the norm.
