Oh I did report them and all they said was that they didnt know where the cats came from. I called every where trying to report them and get help for those cats. I rehomed a lot of them. I even called the pound and they would not take any of them in they said they was to full. moths went by and I called again. I could not get any help. and the people just moved and left them . Same thing with the people across the road, their dogs run wild and I turned them in . those dogs run across a busy road all day long. and I have reported it over and over. and noone has done any thing about it.
