How often do you bathe your puppies? I am a clean freak and I have a hard time not bathing Biggie quite a bit. His skin seems really flaky though, and this concerns me. I'm not sure if it is the brutal Salt Lake City winter we are having, or frequent bathing, or a combo of both. Let me know what you think please.
You need to find a great shampoo that doesn't dry out Biggie. Try
Coat Handler Shampoos. I already posted a link in another forum. It's great! Also, be sure to rinse rinse rinse!

Also, at 5 months, isn't that about the time Yorkies lose their baby hair and grow in their adult hair??? I know Yorkies don't shed, and I'm not an expert on this, but I do remember the texture of Otis' hair changing around that time. I could be wrong. Any experts on this??
